Asana (body postures), Pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation can clear blockages, correct mental and physical imbalances, and ultimately open you to experience much more joy and peace. Yoga helps you to discover the true self, and the life you are meant to live. Sessions can be one-on-one or groups for all levels from complete beginners to advanced students seeking to deepen their practice and knowledge in the following areas:

Meditation
Meditation is a powerful tool for deep transformation and for developing inner peace. Daphne draws upon her 16 years as a meditation teacher to guide you using various techniques chosen specifically to address your individual areas of growth. These will release blockages and connect you to a much higher frequency. Stress and impurities are dissolved, allowing for more joy, relaxation and peace. Health and energy levels improve and sleep imbalances are corrected. As you become more acquainted with your own inner wisdom, you will understand your role in the life you are meant to lead.
